Protect certain reports from Dashboard Date Filters

It would be really useful to have a toggle on a report instance on a dashboard to say whether it should respect the dashboard filters or not.

This would allow us to have certain blocks showing eg "Year to Date" or "Last 12 Months" figures whilst also showing tactical information such as demos booked in last week.
