Help please - I can't access my google drive
I did have access to it but now even though my sync is active in pipedrive I can't see the google drive icon when trying to upload files and can only select from my computer. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you - Tess

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with Google Drive, have you tried any general troubleshooting steps at all to see if that corrects the issue? If not, I would recommend trying out the steps listed below-
- Disconnect the sync completely, clear your cache, and try to reconnect the sync
- Clear your cache- How do I clear my browser's cache and cookies?
- Check that your browser is up to date with the latest version
- Try this in a completely different browser to see if you still experience the same thing
- Try this in an incognito browser

I have done all of this and my i am still not able to create a smart doc from my google drive. This was working fine as of yesterday. Incredibly frustrating. Is this impacting smart docs across the board? I have dozens of contracts waiting to be signed and need to know if the customers can access them
