Personal email labels not shared with team

Today everyone in the office synchronised our emails to the Pipedrive account. We previously used labels in our gmail account for our personal organisation and then started adding labels to Pipedrive email as well, but we noticed that the labels we created within our account are shared with the whole team. Is it possible to create labels for emails that are not shared with the team? The labels for deals, leads and projects do make sense to be shared with the team, but the email one doesn't make sense because each person uses different labels.
