Can the note edit bar with Cancel/Save buttons be pinned to the note screen?

I have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the note to press Save or Cancel. The same to choose Italic, add a link or image. If the bar was pinned and followed my writing it would save me a lot of time and significantly increase my productivity.

If I cannot see the SAVE button, I do not know if the note is saved or not. My ADHD makes me jump between tasks. I tend to forget to save the notes and loose them constantly.

We use one note per deal to log every meeting outcome, describe next steps, etc. My HOS relies on those notes. The longer the sales cycle, the longer the notes. Scrolling to the bottom of such a long note is not user friendly.
