Person's position on organisation

Hello, I have a suggestion for a function. Our situation is, that we have sometimes quite a lot of people associated with an organisation so it could be difficult to navigate quickly between them. We also have a person custom filed with his/hers position within an organisation. When we are on organisation page, we have to see all people to filter and see the positions. The new hover function is great, if we could dislay on hover a custom field, that would make our work faster.
