Customization of double-opt-in emails
We would like to be able to customize double-opt-in emails according to our branding (wording and visuals). Suggested work around initially would be to have a double-opt-in link that could be added to a campaign.

Is it possible to customize the text of the DOI email? We are in Germany and the default email text is to formal for our audience. I couldn't find the option to edit the template.

Hi, this is a very good question. I would also like to be able to edit the double opt-in text. The PD support recently let me know that there currently is no option 🤔
We have the issue, that the company branch we have the PD contract with is included in that email, but some of our campaigns go to different branches. It is confusing for a German customer who communicates with the "GmbH" to get a DOI email referring to the Dutch "bv" company. Some actually thought it was spam and not a legit DOI process. That's not cool.

Yes please! Sending a non-branded and non-personalized email is already putting the success rate lower than it should be. This is a must-have.

So far we have nearly an 80% failure rate due to the email opt-in not being anything like what the users would expect from the brand. In fact it is so different that you'd think it was spam from another company. This feature alone is draining the entire ad spend and making us have to look elswhere.
When will this be fixed?

Hi everyone, customizable DOI emails are a feature request for now. There is already a feedback thread on this, and I will merge this conversation with that thread. That way, it will be even more visible to other members and also our product team

While at it: having an automated double opt-in - just like in every other email marketing tool - would make Campaigns usable.
Manually triggering double opt-in for every single newsletter subscriber is a dubious move none of the clients understand when we pitch them Campaigns.

I also agree to the addition of custom DOI emails.
In addition, it would be extremely useful if the DOI email could also be triggered in automations.
Unfortunately, the whole thing is somehow not really usable here if you can only send the DOI manually and then only with a fixed text from pipedrive.0 -
