Nearby Organizations, Change Map Point Color

When you click on the address and bring up the map to show nearby organizations, it would be great if you could assign different colors to the map points. For example for organizations, we have a custom field to differentiate the organization by business type. It would be great if we could change the color of the map point by that business type. Further, it if you could add filters to the nearby organization's page, that could be even more useful.
