My clients are retirees, not part of organization

I'm having difficulty uploading and mapping lead data because I don't have "organizations" as clients, only individuals. Does anyone know how I can import and maintain all information without the use of organizations? Thx!

Figured it out. I added a column on my excel sheet call "organization" and copy/pasted the email addresses column to that column. Seems to have solved the problem.

Hi @Barry , there are many ways to map your data; you can skip using organizations altogether and use only contact people, for example.

There is a handy tutorial on mapping your data in our Learning portal here, which is worth having a look :)
