Today Pipedrive announced that their Premier partners will immediately receive 50% less in commission.

I worry that this will affect their ability to run a sustainable business and provide the service they need to keep clients happy.

With cheaper solutions on the market, Pipedrives increasingly urge to push prices and make money money money it might be time to move on and find a new and more customer and partnerfriendly CRM.

What are your thoughts?

    Hey Peter,

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify: We are not reducing any commissions by 50%. All commission rates remain unchanged, as outlined in the Pipedrive Partner Program.

Partners participating in the lead sharing program have received higher commissions on all leads, despite the program’s base margin being 10%, plus an additional 10% or 20% exclusively for partner-sourced leads, depending on the partner level. Moving forward, we will adhere to the terms of the Pipedrive Partner Program.

I’m happy to join a call with you to address any further questions you might have on this topic.

    Best regards,
