What automations are what?

I am making progress setting up a few automations. I'm trying to understand which deal (in my case) a running automation is for, and/or what automations fired for a deal? Is there an easy way to see active / history of automations for a deal? (I see I can go into the running automation or history and by clicking the right boxes get to the deal information, I'm trying to do it more efficiently.)

Apart from what you mentioned, we don't have another way to check what automation was triggered in an item. If you check the changelog for a deal (for example) we can see that certain action was taken based on a Workflow Automation, but it doesn't say what automation it was. I feel this would benefit several users.

We are now discussing with other teams to make sure we display information about changes done by Automation with more information in details of Deal/Person/Organisation and maybe Activities too :)
