Can ANYONE tell me how to get in contact with customer support, I am within the 14 day Free trial, but I did select the "Power" Plan at $74 monthly believing this would give me access to "phone support?" When I click on the "quick Help" icon at top right, I see No option to click on that says "call me?" As O have read I should be seeing? Further more, even when I click on the "Chat with us" at the very bottom of the page, NOTHING happens, meaning No "chat box" opens, the help page simply closes once I click on "chat with us." So despite signing up for the 2nd most expensive plan they offer (specifically did this to get the phone support) I dont have any access to phone support OR Chat Support? Can anyone help with this? Thank You.
