Customer Support
Can ANYONE tell me how to get in contact with customer support, I am within the 14 day Free trial, but I did select the "Power" Plan at $74 monthly believing this would give me access to "phone support?" When I click on the "quick Help" icon at top right, I see No option to click on that says "call me?" As O have read I should be seeing? Further more, even when I click on the "Chat with us" at the very bottom of the page, NOTHING happens, meaning No "chat box" opens, the help page simply closes once I click on "chat with us." So despite signing up for the 2nd most expensive plan they offer (specifically did this to get the phone support) I dont have any access to phone support OR Chat Support? Can anyone help with this? Thank You.

Hi @Chris16365 , users with account settings access on the Enterprise and Power plans are eligible for phone support outside the trial period. Still, you should be able to use the “Chat with us” feature to find the help you need in case of any technical issue.
If you haven’t done so already, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and restarting your browser. If you still can’t use the “Chat with us” option after that, don’t hesitate to contact our support team via email at support@pipedrive.com.
