Printing Deal Sheet

Hi @Chappy , there are two ways I can think of to go about this:
- You can print directly from your browser (File > Print), making sure you select the option "All pages" before printing
- You can also export your deal data into a spreadsheet, and from there print the spreadsheet

@Manuel Oliveira Your suggestion does not address the question. File>Print does just as @Chappy mentioned; it allows for printing the 1st page of the screen, regardless of whether "all pages" are selected or not.
Exporting to a spreadsheet does not address this either, as it does not export the history.
I have the same issue, and need to be able to print out the details of a deal, and cannot find an adequate solution. Any help would be appreciated.1 -
Hi everyone!
I've done a further deep dive on my side here and it looks like there have been several implementations (not something specific, but several changes throughout Pipedrive) that affected the "print" options - so this actually falls under our feedback category.
I'll provide a few suggestions in the hopes that they can help someone. Firstly, it's not possible to print the entire information with 1 option, so you can slowly scroll and use the "print" option to gather that data. If, however, you are looking to just have the changelog information (for example), you can quickly select all of the options and then click "print" - it will print all the selected information.
If using Google, I can suggest this extension: there might be others, but that one I know will work.
Please make sure to add feedback in the "ideas and product feedback" section and I hope the suggestion can offer some help!0 -
Hello - There is no thread I can find in the "Ideas and product feedback" section (a link would have been helpful BTW). When I search printing - I get no results and I honestly don't have time to search through all of the pages - this program is supposed to save us time right? entering "printing" into the search bar only brings me back to this thread.
I have been a sporadic user for nearly 7 years and stopped using it for a bit after a company change and IT does not allow the add on to our network - I came back because I like the system but most importantly, I could print the deals and attach them to the new client file. I work in an industry that has specific client software that we must use but has no CRM or sales functionality. My pre-sale contacts and activities MUST be documented and attached to client files at on-boarding for compliance and so our service team has the information. the prior form worked great aside from the "expand all" functionality finally introduced (thanks for that).
I tried the chrome extension and still only get the first page. Please help - this is a deal breaker for me. I will post this in the requested product feedback as well.
