Hi everyone, sorry if the question has been asked already, I am new here.

How to receive an email notification or notification on the mobile app when receiving a new lead with the essential plan?

Do we absolutely need an advanced plan and create an automation?

--> New Lead --> Send an email?

or

--> New Lead --> Automatically convert into a deal to get a notification?

I am a bit surprised we cannot get notified when receiving a lead. It is the first step of the sales process...
