How can I treat People less Organizations as leads?

I want to create a prospecting list based on Organizations but I do not currently and may not ahve any contacts for these organizations. Many could be single-member LLCs or entrepreneurs, etc.

    I'm not sure what you are asking. You can create or organizations separately without a contact.
