Pipedrive live chat support "Chat with us"

Hi, whenever i click the chat with us support button, the right hand side toolbar dissapears but now support chat pops up. I have cleared cache and cookies but still it does not work?

    I had the same problem and was told to also clear the cookies and refresh browser. That didn't work. I did get GREAT support by writing an email to support@pipedrive.com It may be a staffing issue but once I got on an email chain to address my issue, the help was fantastic.
