Email to Contact > Reply to Deal?

I would like to have a contact created when I send or receive an email. When that person responds, I want a deal to be created.

Is that possible?

    HI @BrandonCTW,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to have a contact created automatically via automation when you send or receive an email. Additionally, we do not yet have email-based triggers for automations so it would not be possible to set up an automation to create a deal when a contact responds to an email, however, you can create an automation that will create a deal when a field is updated on a contact person.

    To create a person contact directly from a received email, you can go to the mail tab of your Pipedrive account, click on and open the relevant email thread and click on the "Add to existing contact" or "Create new contact" button in the top-right corner.
