Leadbooster and contacts inquiry

Hello,

Im a new user of Pipedrive for a Recruiting company in the sales and marketing department. I went through some tutorials but I m still not able to find out how the leadbooster works or basically how can I do to look for new clients. Which resources could be useful? Also, the label under contacts is the one where I should add the new clients I have? Thanks!
