Microsoft Forms integration for sending out surveys out of Pipedrive

We are currently facing the situation that we would like to send out customer satisfaction surveys to our clients with a certain delay to ask how things are going and to get their feedback of the sales process.

Using campaigns or web forms within does not match our requirements.

As we are using the Microsoft suite we already have Forms integrated and a straight integration into Pipedrive would help a lot.

Currently we can only use a differen tool integration or to connect with Zapier - both would mean additonal costs for us.

Please consider this integration as it might help a lot of other people as well.

    At the time of this comment, there is no planned native integration with Microsoft Forms. As you mentioned, there are alternatives using third-party integration platforms such as Zapier or Make. It is true there may be extra costs depending on what solution you choose, but they remain an option to explore.
