Has anyone experienced issues with Contact Form 7 and Pipedrive

I have integrated the Contact Form 7 plugin with Pipedrive, configured all the relevant feeds for each form but an entry has not gone through to Pipedrive as expected. There have been successful results, but I need to ensure this is the case all the time. The support for CF7 is very limited and you can't contact them for support, unless you want to get blocked. Anyone able to provide any insight here please?
