Could we be able to see email's inbox from another account ?

My assistant would like to manage my emails directly in the Inbox from her account.

Imagine going through emails and being able to answer directly or at least manage them with labels or read them in the first version of this feature.

This wastes our time, and CRM should be able to save us time! :)

    Hi David, that is actually possible. You have to at least get her Pipedrive's account. Sync your email Inbox to her Pipedrive account. This way she can practically check your Inbox from Pipedrive's Sales Inbox.

    @Reeve Lui , she already has her account under my business. But if she syncs my email, what's going to happen?

    She will be able to :


    1- Answer with my email

    2- Classify them

    3-Will I lose my sync on my side?

    4- Will she be able to see her emails from her address?

    Hey David,

    1, yes. She can answer from Pipedrive which is synced to your email.

    2, she can add labels accordingly inside this. However this can only be seen in her Pipedrive account. It might be possible for her to label them directly into your inhox though

    3, no, Pipedrive allows multi inbox sync. I supposed you have to get the plan that allow you to do that. Advanced / Professional and above.

    4, yes, she can have multi inbox sync to her account and she can switch accordingly which one she’s seeing
