tl;dv Integration - How to troubleshoot?

Are there others successfully using tl;dv integration? Did it "just work"? As I can't see what's happening behind the scenes, I'm not sure if it's a tl;dv issue, or PipeDrive issue. My setup says it's correct, and I've verified i've got a contact with the same email, but don't see tl;dv notes being generated. Thanks!

    I opened a case, problem solved! It wasn't a technical problem, it was me not looking in the right place for the notes.
