Why does the Track Email Opening randomly turn itself off?

Hi,

I use Track Email Opening (the little eye at the bottom of a new email) to see if anyone is interacting with me emails.

A few times now, the track email opening has switched itself off. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this a known issue? Why?

Really annoying as I've lost an entire days worth of tracking now.

    Hey @DaveKing,

    Generally, once you send an email with tracking on, the tracking settings are saved and set as the default for future emails until changed. This means that unless you turn the tracking off the next time, the tracking will continue to be on.

    It applies if you turn off the tracking. It will remain off until you manually turn the tracking back on.
