Campaigns - Default tracking of all E-Mail Campaigns

- We are using the E-Mail campaign tool
- Currently, the toggles for tracking engagement are always off
- We generally want to track all e-mail campaigns, as a result, we always have to turn on ("Track opening emails", "Track clicking links in emails")
--> Feature request: In settings, enable default tracking for all campaigns.
