Why are internal email addresses being excluded from filters?

Hi all,
We've recently become aware that our internal staff email addresses aren't receiving our Insights eDM, which we send bi-monthly. We've confirmed that our organisation within Pipedrive fits the criteria required for our send filter, but for some reason they're still not being included in the filter - which they should, considering the conditions.
Has anyone ran into an issue like this? Can anyone help me ensure that they'll be included in future sends?
