I want to create a report to show email address for sent emails opened and/or links clicked

Hi Community.

I want to create a report to show email addresses for sent emails opened and/or links clicked.

I can create a report that shows and ID for opened emails and clicked links, but I cant see how to show an email address as an option.

What we are trying to do is create a follow-up option based on a rule of opened or clicked links.

Any guidance is appreciated.

    Hi @hhayes,

    Unfortunately, its not possible to have the email address listed in an email performance report. However, as a workaround, you can copy the thread ID to the URL in your sales inbox to see the specific email thread and recipients email address. You can also filter from within your sales inbox for tracked emails!
