Deal value not achieved, how to record this

If a deal does not achieve the potential target, what can I do to ensure that insights picks this up and does not count the "potential" value, but does count the actual value. I would prefer to not alter the Deal potential value to the actual value as this would conceal the loss in projected income.

We do not use PD for invoicing.

    Hi @Wellfish,

    I would recommend creating a new monetary deal-type custom field in your account and then using this field to log the actual value of your deal. Then you can create a deal performance report that will show you value in that monetary custom field (actual value) instead of the deal potential value field!
