Are there any new developments in tracking emails sent through Gmail?

I understand there have been past talks about adding tracking functionality to Gmail, Outlook, etc., so that emails opens could be tracked when sent from those apps and not only when sent in Pipedrive. Would anyone know if there are any new developments in this area?

    Hi @josiahlee_harbingermarketing , that is outside the plans for the very near future, at least. The email tracking capability is built into the Pipedrive inbox, and the idea is that after syncing your Gmail account to Pipedrive, you can work from there without needing to go back to the Gmail account.

    I appreciate that there is other feedback in the community like yours, regarding tracking emails sent via Gmail. I’ll merge it so our product team can take note of it.
