create email templates with product-related fields

    Currently, it is not possible to add product-related fields in email templates. Is it possible to tag as Ideas and Product feedback for us to prioritize in the future?

    Could you give an example of the expectations on how it could behave?

    I don't get it. This post is already in this category. Do you need me to put this somewhere else or add specific tags ? I don't know how to do that…

    For example, we could use the same product-related fields as there are used in smartdocs. So that we could mention products, their price, references, dates or any fields product-related, even any custom fields added in product category.

    It'd be a great upgrade for email template and could be used with automations. As users of pipedrive, this would allow us to rethink positively our process and dramatically improve our use of email templates.
