Help with creating new Google drive file

I have an issue with google drive sync with pipedrive and need some help. The bot doesn't have anything on my issue and I can't get any support. Is there a way to chat to someone online please?

I have also attached a file that describes my issue with google sync. If anyone can help solve it I

    Hi @Tess Next,

    Unfortunately, the "Create New" option with Google Drive is currently not supported in the newly revamped detail view for contacts and organisations. But we understand this has been a very useful feature for you, and I encourage you to share this in our Ideas and Product Feedback channel to bring awareness and with enough upvotes, this can be brought to the attention of our product team as well.
