Email opens and clicks visibility to all team members


We've been working on a complex Pipeline process that includes email automation and we've noticed that the email tracking events are only visible to the actual sender of the email. Other team members can see the email in a deal's history but cannot see whether the email was opened or clicked. This is unfortunate as we all have to perform pipeline tasks based on the email tracking insights. It is such a small but important function. Could the Pipedrive team please review it and see whether it can be added?

Hello. I am still learning Pipedrive. Yesterday, I saw open clicks on emails. I have no idea how or where I saw those metrics. And I can't locate them today. Kindly point me in the right direction and thank you.

Hi @Heidi_RFQ_1 , email and link tracking can be enabled from your settings, and then toggled on or off from your inbox. You can find the steps to enable it in this guide.
