Use-cases Research

Hi everyone!

I'm doing research on Pipedrive use cases for chat integration, so maybe someone would like to help me and share their experience via brief call interview? 

Some info about me and research: 

I'm Product Manager at https://www.dashly.io/ 

It's service with live-chat for support and sales (and some other tools)

We'd like to create an integration with Pipedrive for our chat, but before I'd like to realize what does really matter for sales guys. So, I'll be happy to hear any ideas. Calls works better for that kind of interviews, so if you have tome - welcome!

    Hi Anastasia,

    Great topic, could you explain a bit more to our community who you are and what the goal of the research would be? Perhaps with that in mind people see the value in giving you some of their time and thoughts :)
