How are you listing several services on your Proposals?

Hi Pipedrive community,

Curious if anyone has insight on this…my team sends proposals that will sometimes have line items for several services we offer. As of now, we have to combine everything into one deal - which means when we go back to report on how much we made, we see the total amount for the entire deal and can't see how much we made for each individual service we provided / can't filter through them. Is anyone doing something similar using the Proposal feature that they could share how they set it up?

    Hello Megan,

    I am assuming you are storing these individual services as Products in Pipedrive, and if so, we do have the option to segment a Deal Performance report based on Product, and it will show you a breakdown of all Products and the value associated with it in the summary section. I can share an example below. I hope this helps.

    In addition, if you run analyses per Product/Service, there is the Deals tab on the Products detailed view, which you can export as Excel. I am only missing the Variation used.

    Then there is the "Export data" feature, where you have the ability to export only the products added to deals. From there, you can perform any kind of analysis.
