At our company when a deal is won we have an automation that notifies several executives about the won deal and many times unfortunately a deal is accidently won. Because of the automation they see they won the deal and are able to re-open it; however, it would be nice to have that option to keep this from happening in the future. (Both Desktop and mobile).

Use a required field as a workaround.

Can you elaborate on how the required field would work to keep the WON button from being clicked on accident? It typically happens from a mobile device when an account rep is moving the deal to a different stage and their finger slides over it.

Hi @aknixmetals you can create an automation that reopens the deal unless a given custom field is filled out or selected for example. That is one way of having a confirmation mechanism.

Thank you, I will give that a try!
