Deals in Pipeline View - Email Visual

I think a really cool & helpful feature would be to show an icon on a Deal "card" in the Pipeline view, would to show an icon on the card if you have not yet responded to an email. I'm sure that's super complex, but would be a cool "quick view" who do I need to get back to right in your face concept. without having to clicking into each deal. Minimal effort involved, but would be a cool idea. Showing an envelope icon or something of that nature. Attached a screenshot with a sketch on it as example/clarity what I'm referencing
