How to filter Ex-Users' people, organisation, deals ?

Hi,

In pipedrive I can not filter deals, people, organisations 's ownership by selecting ex-users. In the filter menu when I select OWNER, I do not see ex-users in the o-users list. How can I Filter? After filtering those, I will change the ownership accordingly, but know I can not make mass change on those records. I have 100s of records from ex-users.

    Hey, @harunerbil!

    If you are referring to deactivated users when mentioning "ex-users", you should be able to see the items owner by them by following this sequence of clicks.

    This article from our Knowledge Base also explains how to filter data owned by deactivated users in order to reassign it to active users. The article has some GIFs to make the process easier to follow as well.

    Hey, @harunerbil!

    To filter the organisations owned by deactivated users, you need to click on the top right corner of the organisations' list view - like this.
