- Grouping Deals: is there an update to the grouping of deal card in the pipeline view
- Currently we're not considering adding grouping directly to Pipeline view. I'd encourage you to look into filtering as a workaround - create a filter for each group you're interested in, you can also pin the filters above the pipeline view for easy access and quick switching between the filters/groups.
- Is it also possible to make a summary of my notes or just of my email?

- AI products are great however Pipedrive customers would like the pain points that have lasted for years to be addressed. For example, the community is craving for adding an automatic follow-up reminder if a contact has not responded to your email.

- My biggest desire is to have a list of deals to follow-up on based on not receiving a response to an email. What's the best way to set up that automation? The activities feature is less useful to us at this point (capacity-issue)
- Automations can update deal status or custom field etc change for user to understand lack of of replies, if email has been sent out as part as Automation and followed by Instant condition for Email sent: Email has been replied to is False. But Automation cannot create a list.

- If it is meant to send via e-mail reports on a daily basis, this is currently not in the scope of the AI for the upcoming months. But we are eager to learn more on what type of information would be necessary to be sent on a daily basis and perhaps we could consider this in future.

- Hi there, there is no threshold needed but we do need you to have previously won and lost deals in your account so that our AI can understand whether or not your open deals have similarities with these older won and lost deals and can validate the potential these open deals will have in comparison to your history.

- Is there a way that AI can help out filling missing fields in Organizations or Contacts info. With automation, we can find missing info but it would be interesting that AI can provide this info instead of a human doing it! (AKA as Pipedrive policing in our Org!!)

- Doesn't this further remove the customer/sales person "relationship?" The "feeling" behind emails generated through AI, will be different from the "feeling" when Ingrid gets in front of the customer. This seems tough to overcome....right?

Just a quick suggestion: there should be an option to select what kind of summary I want. Really annoying to see "prospect is very positive to buy" when there's no convo about sales at all. Or when prospects didn't reply once to cold emails :) Just the summary of next steps would be enough.
The general salesy summary is more often useless than not, since we are trying to use this feature with the majority of the email convos. And those are not sales centric.
