How to update Deal's custom field with Organization's custom field in Automation.

I created a custom field as "Marketing Code (Deal)" in deal as single choice. Also

I created "Marketing Code (Org)" in organization as a single choice too.

How can I update "Marketing Code (Deal)" field with "Marketing Code (Org)" value? I tried it with automation but it did not bring organization fields in "deal update" section. DO you have any experience about it?
