Issues Setting up Automated Workflows

I'm pretty disappointed with Pipedrive's native automation workflows. I'm having difficulties finding a solution to build three workflows in Pipedrive. I verified with support and they informed me there's no native option. I'm exploring Zapier and Pabbly but haven't yet found what I need.
Workflows:
- Assign a user as a follower once a deal is created and assigned to a selected stage in the pipeline.
- Remove the assigned user as a follower once a deal is moved to a selected stage in the pipeline.
- Reassign a lead ownership to another user after 24 hours rotting from when a selected label was added, then remove the label once it has been assigned, and replace it was a new selected label. I know there Pipedrive has an automatic assignment feature but we have two teams at the moment and support verified we cannot assign leads between two teams.
If anyone has suggestions on what I can do that would be greatly appreciated!

You could do this with Make/Integromat, custom API calls, and some custom filters.
