Dealbot messages to Slack don't show text info about deal

I am currently trying to automate a process where a note is written under a deal, it will send a message to Slack containing the information. But the activity owner, deal value and deal title show up as numbers instead of text. How do I fix this?

By using an automation tool like Make/Integromat or Zapier or Relay.
