Sales Emails Reporting

Pipedrive 'Campaigns' is great for marketing emails, but salespeople have to write emails as well, to unsubscribed people. The reporting for sales emails is very basic and missing critical pieces like bounce rates, reply rates, attachment opens, unique opens. We can see how many times someone opened an email, useful, just can't report on it.

For a CRM that claims to be the CRM for salespeople, this lack of critical reporting is a huge miss.

Actually, reporting on Pipedrive generally is a bit Kindergarten.
