I am using the Billing Frequency under products but how can I report on the new monthly Reoccurring field?

    @James Ellis this is indeed missing :(

    Current workaround: create a subscription for each deal containing recurring revenue items to track subscription values. I think replacing the subscription object with the new recurring products was the plan. Reporting will be updated once that's done (hopefully :)

    Hi @James Ellis ,

    It is indeed missing. It is planned to have revenue reporting where recurring products and one-time products are taken into account so that you would report on monthly recurring revenue and segment per product. We are aiming for Q4 this year. Hope it helps.

    Hi @Pedro Manuel Gonçalves Franco are the new product properties going to replace subscription objects or will those stay? Just wondering in terms of current solutions and how reporting will work for recurring revenue.

    I.e. we're currently implementing subscription objects to track recurring revenue, because the new feature isn't available in reporting and therefore cumbersome for clients to track.

    Jess shared some information earlier in the year in this post.

    In the longer term, Recurring Products will replace Recurring Revenue Subscriptions (Subscription Objects).

    How we tie together Recurring Products and Revenue tracking is something we will be looking into 🙏

    thanks @Pedro Manuel Gonçalves Franco ! one important limitation with products - at least currently - the recurring products a) have limited number of cycles assignable and b) dont have a cancellation/end date. which makes efficient subscription tracking difficult. on cycles: its smth like 312 cycles - which is under 3 years of weekly payments. which, with subscriptions, a weird limitation.

    we're currently using a combination of products and subscriptions, since subscriptions have a cancelation option.

    but if both of those things get addressed - fantastic future!

    also, is there a deprecation date for subscriptions, since we're just starting a project with those and it'd be a waste of money if they get booted this year.

    Hi! You’re right, this feature isn’t available yet. Pipedrive team is working on it and plans to include reporting for both recurring and one-time products, as well as monthly recurring revenue.
