Pipedrive Deal not showing emails linked to the deal

I have several deals in Pipedrive, for which colleagues and I transfer emails into Pipedrive with the deal-specific BCC email. Now, opening this deal gives me of course the option to filter by entry type. For emails, it shows me the total number of emails linked to this deal, but does not show all linked emails to all team members, only a fraction. Is there a way to make all emails from these deals visible to all team members?

    Hey there, I think it could be due to the fact that some of the members who is related to the Deal did not approve the shared email. Try selected Shared instead of Private to show all emails:

    Hey, @korton!

    The previous reply is indeed correct. Emails linked to items inside your account are only visible if they are set as shared, which should be adjusted by the email owner directly.
