Did pipedrive changed recently its SAML integration?

We are an IDP vendor with support for pipedrive for a while, and recently we see that our SAML Response is not accepted anymore by pipedrive
Is there any change in the SAML requirement?
The KB is empty on any technical informations regarding the SAML Response requirements.

Hi @ygini, I have no information about changes to SSO on Pipedrive's end. If you haven’t done so yet, can you try clearing your current setup, creating a new app in your identity provider and setting it up again?

@Manuel Oliveira we are the IDP developer, it’s our product and code base. We already re-did all setup and checked the SAML Response we return.
And the chatbox lead to nowhere. The IA keep returning public documentation and never allow us to talk to a human.
Does one of your developers relationship representatives can contact us?
I’m pretty sure something is uncommon on your implementation and except some non mandatory field in the SAML Response, but the lack of documentation on your side make us unable to find what.
We just need clean SAML documentation from you, regarding what are the mandatory elements that you check in a response to validate it.

@ygini to confirm, have you checked the complete OAuth section in our developer's corner here? This documentation is up to date as of this comment, and it is also the reference for our own support team when advising on all things development.
If you have encountered any obstacles while following the steps in the documentation, can you please share more details about what they are?0
