I am trying to connect my email to Pipedrive so that I can email the client but giving me this error

Hey Mark, it seems that you have entered a wrong email information.
It could also be your IMAP credentials which is wrong. You can check your IMAP details again and re-enter them.
I checked your MX record and it seem you are hosting your email in your CPanel, so you just need to get your IMAP details and key in correctly.1
