Email template - Default list order

Email templates are cool. Creating a new template is easy. Moving a new template to the top of the template list lets me apply more quickly to the type of work I'm focused on at the time. Seems to me like that would be a common scenario.

Saving new templates to the top of the list by default so that one doesn't have to scroll down past old templates seems like a time saver.
