Custom fields not accessible in the mobile view

Hello, I have discovered that custom fields I have created (which are key customer identifiers in our business and search) are not able to be used on the mobile phone view. This means when we are out in the field we can not search for our customer, upload photos or documents easily to their file. It means photos and other info, from in the field info have to be forwarded to a desktop, saved and uploaded from the desktop, taking far more time and admin for our team. Would be great to solve this Pipedrive team.

    Hi @ToniC can you please elaborate? Generally, custom fields are viewable and editable on mobile apps - its further down the page on people/companies/deals. All of them editable.

    Hi @Nikolai Sokolov, thanks for responding. I am referring to the very first screen when you open the app, "Search Pipedrive". When I type in the relevant customer info loaded into this custom field into "Search Pipedrive" it does not work. I went through the Pipedrive helpdesk to no avail. My customers are identified by unique code (in my case vehicle registration number), which is our main customer identifier. I would love to solve this.

    @ToniC that is indeed a limitation of the mobile app. The only workaround I can think of is using the web version thru a browser (it will look a bit messy tho).
