Hello @AnthonyDaLandscaper ! I'm Beatriz, Customer Success Manager at Pipedrive, I'm happy to help.
Can you give me a bit more context about exactly what are your business needs?

Yes. Im looking to build a nurturing set for leads as they are submitted and as they move up the flow chart to be able to increase closing ratio.

Thanks for reaching out! I’m not in the landscaping field myself, but I hope others in the community can share their insights. It’s always helpful to hear firsthand experiences when evaluating software. Best of luck with your business in Phoenix!

I'm a similar contractor. I use lead inbox for all new leads and this is connected to my website form. I use this for scheduling my first appointment.
Once I have first appointment and it's something I'm going to quote I convert to deal and start working through these stages. Most stages trigger an automation. Like when I move to awarded it sets the info in my accounting software for me.
Delivered is my stage that shows quotes out with no traction yet, once I get response and it's looking like something might come of it I move to negotiation stage. The purchased stage is basically the same as scheduled.
Since the projects add on is not mobile I'm forced to keep everything in my sales pipeline for the project management phase. Hope this helps.2
