How to stop automated email sequence after deal is marked as WON

Hi there!

I have set up some email automation sequences, but now I need to know how to stop sending these automated e-mails when I mark deal as "WON".

I can't find any way to solve this. Either Deal Status or Stage filters doesn't seem to stop sending these automated emails and now my customers are getting emails that they shouldn't after the deal is won.

    Can you send me a full-screen screenshot of the whole automation? A bit difficult to understand the whole process with only these filters.

    Sure!

    I have two automations for one specific stage in one pipeline.

    First one is triggered when deal stage is moved to X

    2nd one is triggered when deal stage is moved to X and delayed for 2 weeks (This is reminder for customer about order).

    But problem is that when I mark Deal as WON it doesn't cancel this second "reminder" automation to trigger.

    I haven¨t found any documentation how to cancel already triggered delayed automation, when deal is marked to WON or LOST.

    Have you tried adding "Deal Status is Open" to the filter instead of "has not changed"?

    This Instant condition that you currently have SHOULD work as well, but I am not sure why it's not working.
