Do I have be on linked In premium to use surfe? No. You can use Surfe with the free version of LinkedIn too.

Hello, I'm a realtor with my own company in Mexico. Maybe I'll answer myself on this one, but is it better to focus on my profile or on my business page. Could you tell the difference. As you said LinkedIn is person to person, I presume my personal profile is the most important to focus on. LinkedIn company pages are mainly useful for brand awareness purposes, but they are covering a more passive role in regards of the outreach and sales strategy. Personal profiles give you endless opportunities to find and interact with targeted prospects.

With your personal profile you can send connection requests, send personal messages and access LinkedIn groups - all things that you cannot do with a  company page.

I feel a little 'dumb'' :-P but how do you add the Feature section? Here you have the LinkedIn Help Center article explaining how to make content "Featured":

Has the use of LI changed now that a lot of users seem to treat it like FB (meaning a lot of personal posts in search of traction v LI being a professional network)? I would connect what you are sharing personally to your professional career. For instance I share of my personal experience with practicing Wim Hof breathwork and icebath, but I write it in a way that professional individuals can relate and obtain som value from my post, since the practice helps me focus in my professional life. (Luis)

What about when you change company and have a lot of content mentioning them? Do you start your featured posts from scratch or just remove as you get more high performing content? I would recommend to not immediately delete all content as soon as you change company. When you start producing more relevant content for your new company/product you can slowly replace the featured elements. Also, make sure to have some personal posts in the Featured posts, to present yourself as a person AND a solution expert.

Thoughts on having your LI profile "verified" does it really make a difference? Verification on LinkedIn serves as a symbol of credibility and trustworthiness - especially in the case when you do not publish much personal content. But it doesn't make a difference if you are not active by posting, engaging with your network and their content.

How can you promote your personal brand without looking too distracted from your professional career I would connect what you are sharing personally to your professional career. For instance I share of my personal experience with practicing Wim Hof breathwork and icebath, but I write it in a way that professional individuals can relate and obtain som value from my post, since the practice helps me focus in my professional life. (Luis)

Is there a recommended approach for determining your Ideal Customer Profile on LinkedIn? I would keep and maintain the framework that you have 3-5 seconds for the visitor of your profile to fully understand what exactly is that you do and what do you offer. If you keep that framework then it will help guide you as you are designing your profile. I hope that helps answer your question. (Luis)

If you start in a new field or area ; how do you best start to build out and almost switch over your network? (How to grow in a new entry space) I would start researching and making post about this new industry that you are going into and share your interest in it. Another idea is to join community groups in that industry and get active with answering posts and getting engaged in conversation with others through their answers. (Luis)

Are you talking about a personal LinkedIn or business pages? Mainly personal pages. As we were mentioning in the discussion, it is important to build your own brand, and show yourself both as a solution expert and a person.
