Smartsheet to Pipedrive and also can use zapier

I'm looking for a way to automatically transfer new row data from Smartsheet to Pipedrive in order to send out specific campaigns to individual contacts. Each contact in Pipedrive has a unique ID and organization number. We want to reference these numbers in Smartsheet, so when the data is transferred to Pipedrive, we'll know which campaign to send and to whom. Can you suggest a solution for achieving this integration? I want a system that can be replicated across the entire process.
